We accept returns within 14 days.
Products must be undamaged and shipped in original packaging to be eligible for return.
If the product has been paired to an igloohome account, it must be unpaired and reset to factory settings.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund value.

2 year Warranty
- We provide a 2 year Product Warranty to igloocompany Products (“Products”) sold in United Kingdom.
- Our Product Warranty covers original Products against defects in quality and materials under normal use.
- You can access our Product Warranty in full here, and the extended 2nd year Product Warranty here.
- By using our Products, you also agree to be subject to igloocompany’s End User License Agreement, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
